Collaboration between Yept (Black Metal , Quebec City) & Hangar 117 (Drone Metal , Quebec City)

We've played together in the first 2 Fest Attention shows in Quebec city with Deche Charge and others , so me and Yept we had talked about collaborating for a release , I had some Hangar 117 stuff I wanted to release , I wasn't ready for releasing this until this Spring , the last song I've recorded ended up being the concept of the whole album ; Genesis of Doom. Yept was working on his part also , with more ambient passages than his usual material for this release.

We've done the release ourselves , purchased blank tapes & CDs, had the printing done by another friend who works in a printing shop nearby, I've also done a very small run of CDs myself. Yept has dubbed all the tapes himself in his studio. So doing things that way we could sell this release at lower cost than usual.

Yept's album is one track on Side A and Hangar 117 8 tracks on side B.

The Genesis of Doom EP by Hangar 117 is also made available on CD.
